Visiting Maplewood

Here’s more information about what to expect when you visit.

Our cafe is tucked in a cozy SW Portland neighborhood near a vibrant elementary school. Our building, built in 1911, served as the post office and general store of our neighborhood. With all this charm and history we are lacking ample parking spots. We only have a few spots in our lot and the rest is street parking which can be challenging at times. Please help keep our neighborhood charm by parking respectfully when you visit. A reminder to NOT block driveways or mailboxes. Please take a few more moments, going an extra 1/2 block to find an open spot and enjoy the short walk in our darling neighborhood, we will be waiting for you!

It can get busy on the weekends and there can be a line at times but it moves steadily and you can take the time to peruse the menu, chat with others and finalize your order. While you wait for your quality food and drink you can just settle in, unplug and savory the Maplewood charm.

Please help keep the MAGIC!

Please park respectfully (not blocking driveways or mailboxes), drive slowly and watch out for kids. Share your table, limit your waste & don’t drop trash in others’ trash bins, smile at a passing neighbor.

THANK YOU!
