Friday, March 27th at 7pm Come celebrate the gorgeous foods of Crete, Greece during this week of Spring Solstice as we offer a locally-inspired Mediterranean themed menu:
First: Yemenite Kubaneh with Pistachio Tzatziki, Snap Peas, Mint, Aleppo Pepper & S’hug
Second: Salmon Carpaccio, dill, lemon, za’atar,
crispy lentils, Caper Meringue
Third: Radicchio, Pomegranate Molasses, Dates, Bacon Lardons, Aleppo Honey Vinaigrette, Whipped Feta,
Fourth: Roasted Leg of Lamb, Santorinian Fava with Caramelized Onions & Salsa Verde
Cheese Course: A modern cheese plate featuring
cheese from Crete.
Final: Greek Coffee Ice Cream, Textures of Greece, Puffed Rice, Toasted Sesame Butter, Chocolate covered Pistachios, Fried Phyllo, Date Caramel

Circling around we visit the luscious rice lands of Laos for a vegetarian dive into the exquisite sweet-salty spice balance this region has to offer.
